What is our return/exchange policy?
Item(s) sold are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable unless due to manufacturing or shipping defect. Should you encounter item(s) with manufacturing or shipping defects, kindly contact us at
general@estone.com.my within 14 days from the date receipt of item(s) to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any notification done after 14 days from the date receipt will not be entertained. Upon receipt of the RMA number, you may proceed to return your item(s) for a replacement at any GD Express Sdn. Bhd. branches. A replacement product (subject to availability) or product of the similar (subject to Est One Sdn Bhd ‘s discretion) value will be shipped within 5-10 working days upon receiving your defective item(s).
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email us at

- Your order number
- Name and code of the item you wish to return
- Reason for requesting RMA
- Goods Received Date

Terms and Conditions:
- All returns must be sent back to the above address with prior authorization i.e. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returned item(s) must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused or disregarded.
- Est One Sdn Bhd is not responsible for items lost and cost of shipping if you choose to return the product via other shipping method.
- Est One Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace the item(s) subject to availability of stock(s).
- Est One Sdn Bhd will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid.
- Est One Sdn Bhd reserves the right to decide the reshipping methods and change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Est One Sdn Bhd’s decision deemed to be final.
Unclaimed Packages
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charges that was paid by us to send the parcel.
