1. How can I track the status of my order?
- You can check your order status after login from Account.

2. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
-   No, items sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable unless due to manufacturing or shipping defect. Should you require further information, please refer to our Return Policy (link).

3. What are your shipping charges?
-   Upon placing your order, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the estimated weight of the total order. All the products featured on this website come with an estimated weight, so you can make a quick estimate of your shipping cost any time. However, we provide FREE delivery for purchases above RM500.00 ( for West Malaysia) & RM1,000 (for East Malaysia).

The Shipping Cost are as follows:
Anywhere within West Malaysia
RM8.00 for 1st KG and RM2.00 for each additional 1 KG.

Anywhere within West Malaysia
RM11.00 for 1st KG and R11.00 for each additional 1 KG.

4. Will you charge sales tax on my order?
-   There will be NO sales tax for all orders.

5. How do I ship to an international address?
-   We only provide shipping within West & East Malaysia. Should you require further information on Shipping, kindly refer to our Shipping Policy (link).

6. What method of payment do you accept?
-   This website only accepts and recognizes payment through VISA and MASTER CARD .

7. How do I know if ordering online is secure?
-   We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only colourculture.com.my/e-shop is able to decode your information.

To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.

With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. 8. Will my order be put into backorder?
-   We do not accept any backorders, however if you would like to know the product availability, please email us at general@estone.com.my .
